RETURNS
You have the right to return "UNACCEPTABLE" products within 10 days from the date you received them.
The product must be in the condition you received it, and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed.
Returns will only be accepted after company approval, once the returned products have been inspected.
The company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is in no way obliged to replace them.
Cases of Exchanges – "UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS"
Products whose packaging has been damaged, visibly due to carelessness during transport.
Products that do not match those in your order.
Refunds
REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. The company is obliged to replace "UNACCEPTABLE PRODUCTS" with the same or similar products of the same category and DEFINITELY of the same value.
